We strive to provide you with high-quality, custom steering wheels tailored to your specifications. However, we understand that sometimes questions or issues can arise. Please read our return and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
Compatibility Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the steering wheel you order is compatible with your vehicle.
To assist you, we are happy to confirm compatibility if you send us a clear photo of your current steering wheel before placing an order.
As most of our steering wheels are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns if the wrong wheel is ordered.
Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellation terms depend on the production status:
If production has not yet started, you will receive a full refund.
If production has already started, you will receive up to a 60% refund depending on how far along the product is in the production process, as materials and labour will already have been committed.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for custom-made steering wheels that were ordered incorrectly, especially without prior compatibility confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items that are returned used or damaged.
Damage caused during installation, whether self-installed or professionally done.
Orders placed incorrectly due to lack of compatibility confirmation.
If a steering wheel arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. Items reported damaged after 3 business days will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Please note:
Any approved return is subject to inspection. We will notify you of our decision within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.
If a return is declined and you wish to keep the product, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
Return Postage Reimbursement
Return postage costs are only reimbursed at our discretion and must be agreed upon prior to returning any items. We are not legally obligated to cover return postage unless otherwise agreed.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order placed via distance selling (e.g. online or by phone) within 14 working days from the date the goods are delivered.
Please note:
This right does not apply to custom or special order goods, which are made specifically to your requirements.
To cancel, you must send us a written notice stating clearly:
Your full name
Your address
The Sales Order Number
This cancellation notice must be signed and sent either:
By email (to the address shown on your invoice), or
By post to our registered company address.
Once received, we will process your cancellation in accordance with applicable laws and our return policy.
