Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A subsequent email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:
Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that the production takes about 2-4 weeks, with additional 10 days for forged carbon products.
3. Shipping Methods
Carriers: We use reputable carriers depending on your delivery address to deliver your orders.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
4. International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. RogueSpec has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. RogueSpec is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@roguespec.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
